セッションタイムアウト発生

セッションタイムアウトが発生したため予約を続行できません。
この画面が表示された場合は、以下のようなケースが考えられます。

  • 同一画面を長時間開いたまま放置した場合。
  • ブラウザを２つ以上起動して操作を行っていた場合。

いずれの場合も、ご予約が成立している場合があります。
続けて操作されますと、複数のご予約が成立する場合があります。
重複してご予約されましても、ご予約の「取消および変更」は承れません。
必ず下記お問い合わせ先にてご確認ください。



Sorry, we weren’t able to continue with your reservation because your session timed out.
Possible causes include the following:

  • You were inactive for a long period of time.
  • You were attempting to reserve tickets using multiple browser tabs.

Your reservation may have been completed successfully.
If you continue to proceed, multiple reservations may be made.
Reservations cannot be cancelled or changed, even if you double-book tickets twice or more by mistake.
