エラーが発生したため予約を続行できません。
この画面が表示された場合は、以下のようなケースが考えられます。

• ブラウザを２つ以上起動して操作を行っていた場合。

決済まで進まれていた場合、ご予約が成立している可能性があります。
予約の成立状況については、i d センター内「購入チケット一覧」から
お確かめください。
成立していた場合、一覧にご予約内容が表示されます。
続けて操作されますと、複数のご予約が成立する場合があります。
重複してご予約されましても、ご予約の「取消および変更」は承れません。

Sorry, we weren’t able to continue with your reservation because of your session error.
Possible causes include the following:

• You were attempting to reserve tickets using multiple browser tabs.

Your reservation may have been completed successfully.
If you continue to proceed, multiple reservations may be made.
Reservations cannot be cancelled or changed, even if you double-book tickets twice or more by mistake.
